As a junior designer, my job was to go through an author's order with the description of their ideal covers and figure out how I could create them in a way where they would stand out from other eBooks on the market. I also designed paperbacks, hardbacks, audiobooks, ads, banners, bookmarks, etc.
Rejected By The Wolf
This was the second and final draft which received little if any revisions. The feedback from the first draft I designed was that it felt more like a cover for a young adult novel, so I decided to take a more mature and darker approach which hit the mark.
Fallen Guardians
Georgia absolutely loved the cover I designed for Beyond Destiny and later put in an order for me to revamp the previous covers of books 1-7, making sure they were consistent as a series while still being unique as individual covers. This was one of the largest projects I got from a single author for custom covers plus their textless ads, paperback, hardback, and banner.
Sorcières & Chasseurs
After seeing my portfolio on The Book Brander website, Charlotte picked me to revamp their four covers in this series. Unlike the original covers where it only showed a white silhouette in front of different colored backgrounds, these covers showcase the main character and a variety of their magical powers which in my opinion is a much more effective way to draw in readers.
Bride of The Fae
Book 2 was actually a premade that I had designed and after being purchased by Ava Ross, they asked for it to be made as book 2 in their series and then put in a custom order for book 1 followed by paperbacks for both of them.
Descent Into Darkness
There was little revisions as the author loved them instantly. If I remember correctly, they couldn't find the right premade with a plus-sized model which is why they approached The Book Brander for a custom cover for Angels in the Dark which was assigned to me. After being so pleased by that first cover, they had me do the second cover for Devil in the Dark followed by their audiobooks and paperbacks.
